Welcome home, cupcake!

There's a new place to satisfy your sweet tooth on your next trip to San Francisco. As if Ghirardelli Square, with it's world-renowned chocolate and gravity defying ice cream sundaes, wasn't sugarific already, Kara's cupcakes opened this past weekend. The flagship bakery offers a cupcake bar, indoor/outdoor seating, Flying Goat coffee and certainly more sugar than you can shake a stick at. Open Monday - Saturday from 10am - 9pm and Sunday until 6pm.  Flavors range from sweet vanilla to raspberry dazzle, chocolate velvet to banana caramel. What are you waiting for?
