This article from Vital Juice Daily about staying healthy when flying came out before the holidays. But we're pretty sure all of you will be getting on a plane again someday so we thought we'd share it with you now. Cause who wants to get sick, whether it's the holidays or not?

Time to get packing—here’s our itinerary for a healthy holiday flight:

First, spray a blend of Tea tree, Eucalyptus, Melissa and Lavender oils (diluted with water) on armrests and tray tables to naturally fend of germs.

Then, skip coffee (or other caffeine) —ask for hot water and lemon, instead. Add fresh ginger to help relax, detox, and prevent nausea.

Catch zzz’s (naturally) by eating a handful of Cherryland’s Best dried tart cherries, which contain melatonin to help regulate your body’s sleep cycle. Throw on a pair of Earth Therapeutics Reflexology Socks to stimulate your relaxation points, and top it off with a Lights Out Sleep Mask, one of the few that won’t interrupt essential REM functions (allows for free eye movement).

Once you’ve arrived, be sure to have Udo’s Choice Super Bifido Plus Probiotic—it helps remedy digestive challenges you might pick up on the road. And sipping on vitamin-packed E-Boost—no sugars, artificial colors or artificial flavors―helps combat jet lag and keep you healthy.
