San Francisco's Taste 2007

Great food and amazing art are two things San Francisco is known for and Taste 2007 brings them both together for an evening that celebrates the unique beauty of art and food in the city. On April 19, Root Division will host a night featuring a group of acclaimed local chefs (like Scott Youkillis of Maverick and Bar Crudo's Mike Selvera) that will tease your tastebuds as well as a visual feast of painting, sculpture, video and installation art by 15 local artists. Music from the blues-driven Will Blades Trio will please your ears and the evening's theme of opulence and indulgence is one to take advantage of. Tickets aren't cheap ($150 for VIP, $75 pre-sale and $100 at the door), but proceeds benefit the Root Division, San Francisco's community arts and education organization so you can feel good about splurging.
