Monterey's Wine Passport Weekend

Monterey is the epitomy of romance. Throw in some superb wineries and you have the makings of an ideal romantic getaway. I know Valentine's Day is over but with a three day weekend coming up (thanks Lincoln & Washington!), you might as well take advantage and hit the road. This weekend, February 16-18, is Monterey's Wine Passport Weekend, where you're invited to explore the region's wineries. The "passport" includes a 3-day tasting featuring over 20 wineries, each celebrating the culture, food and entertainment of their selected country. Travel the world in just one county! The weekend also plays host to the Monterey Wine Auction & Gala with proceeds going to local Vintners organizations. So grab a glass and enjoy yourself!
