Marin's Mystery Ball

Does a costume ball art extravaganza sound like fun to you? Yeah, me too. Especially when you add delicious delicacies, music, dancing, drinking, performances and art installations. October 28 is the Headlands Center for the Arts Mystery Ball, a fabulous shindig in the beauty of the headlands, just a short distance from the city though it feels worlds away. Headlands Center for the Arts is housed in what used to be military buildings tucked away in the Golden Gate National Recreation Area in Sausalito. Now it's a haven for artists in residency and offers open studios for folks to peruse. The Mystery Ball starts at 7pm and tickets are $100 unless you're a member. All proceeds benefit the internationally acclaimed resisdency program. Find an outfit and party for the arts!
