Gen Art's LUXE Benefit

If one party for the arts wasn't enough for you, snatch up a ticket for Gen Art's 9th Annual Emerge Art Exhibition. Named a Top 10 Art Event of the Year by the SF Chronicle in 2005, this year's event will be held Saturday, November 4 from 7pm to midnight. Billed as an "evening of luxurious delights", the event will be held at the Warfield building, offering five floors of art and inspiration. Not only will you experience interactive installations and work from the Bay Area's up-and-coming artists, but you'll also get to nosh on hors d'oeuvres and sip free drinks from the complimentary bar. On top of those draws, there will also be a karaoke lounge, poetry slams and local DJs spinning groovy tunes. Tickets for Non-Gen Art members are $40 or you can really show your support for the arts by becoming a member and receive the VIP treatment (meet and greet the artists, get the first gander at the exhibition and attend the kick-off party at the W). Just because you're not a starving artist, doesn't mean you can't party like one!
