Dia De Los Muertos

Dia De Los Muertos is one of the most colorful holidays, and a great way to celebrate loved ones you've lost over the past year. There are plenty of ways to observe the day from watching processions and building shrines, to making sugar skulls and papier-mache masks. Enjoy the Dia De Los Muertos festival in Oakland or follow the procession in San Francisco to Garfield Park where you can peruse all the altars or contribute to one of your own. Don't forget your marigolds.
