Central Coast's Happy Halloween

Looking for a place to celebrate All Hallow's Eve? Look no further! Carmel-by-the-Sea is combining it's 90th Annual Birthday celebration with a Halloween Parade on Saturday, October 28. The parade begins at 11am and will saunter through the commercial district on Ocean Avenue. Don't think it's just for the kids! Grownups are encouraged to participate and even pets are invited to join! As long as everyone is appropriately costumed of course. If you're not one for dressing up, being a spectator will be just as fun!
