A Christmas Carol in San Francisco

The holiday season isn't complete without a few Christmas mainstays: the red cups at Starbucks, A Christmas Story marathon on television, the festive window displays at Macy's and Dickens's A Christmas Carol in some form or another. This year, see it on the stage at the historic Geary Theater. A.C.T.'s A Christmas Carol is a music-infused celebration of Scrooge, Tiny Tim and the Christmas Spirit, not to be missed. Performances start December 5 and run through Christmas Eve, December 24. Tickets range from $16 to $72 and matinee performances are available in addition to the evening ones. Experience some good will at the theater, and partake in a cultural tradition of San Francisco.
